1985 Evelyn 25 Sailboat

Luders-16 Classic 26 Foot Wooden Sailboat

Luders 16 Classic Mahogany Sloop. This boat was built in 1949. She is a true classic race boat. Beautiful teardrop shaped varnished house and combings. This boat is 16 feet on the waterline. That’s why the class is called a “Luder’s-16.” The boat measures 26 feet over all with about 5 feet of beam.

The boat is in excellent condition. New linier polyurethane paint was applied May 2008. Three coats of varnish were applied at the same time. The boat is made out of laminated wooden strips (cold molded). This construction technique makes a solid low maintenance hull.

Equipment list includes:  Honda Outboard, Radial Spinnaker (including pole and sheets), Dacron Main, Jib, Racing and Cruising Genoas, Custom Made Sunbrella Cover, Harbor Awning, Graphite Bottom Paint, Lifting Strut (to allow the boat to be launched with a crane), Tabernacle Mast.

1985 Frac O/B J 29 With Trailer

Just got back from a weeks vacation on our J 29 and Wife Says “ I want a Bigger Boat”  1985 Frac O/B Formally “Quick Draw” With a Load Master TRAILER, 2 out board motor’s 9.9 electric start and a Nissan 5 hp 4 stroke. Keel and rudder faired.  Complete Refit in 05 removed all deck fittings and used Dr Rot a Clear Epoxy Penetrating Sealer that wicks into all the Balsa Core and hardens like Epoxy.  Full Survey by Scott Schoeler at C 3 Marine Services while all fittings were removed in August of 05.  New Durabak Non Skid Deck.  Doyle Asy Spinnaker 07, Symmetrical  Doyle Spinnaker 08 never been up Lots of Sails  03 Tape Drive Kevlar Main #1 # 3 18 sail’s.
