Islander 36

In 2008 Zac Sunderland bought his 1972 Islander 36 sailboat to sail solo around the world. Zacʼs father, an experienced shipwright /surveyor and his team of experts transformed the 36ʼ Islander into the world cruising yacht known as Intrepid. This Islander has been transformed with the very best that the marine industry has to offer to undertake the goal of itʼs captain. After a 13 month circumnavigation, Zac Sunderland sailed into the history books becoming the youngest person and first person under 18 to sail solo around the world. Intrepid offers all the luxury of a well-outfitted blue-water cruising vessel at a fraction of the price. This historic, proven vessel is ready to go again.  Complete Spec Sheet and photos

Beneteau First 36.7

With over 900 36.7s built around the world, this is a proven boat found around the world, both as a cruiser and as a racer including a sister ship winning the Newport to Bermuda. The only reason the boat is being sold is due family heath issues otherwise it would not be priced this low to sell

As a racer, the boat has been tuned and maintained meticulously with great equipment and new Quantum carbon/Kevlar sails in 2009. When new the bottom, keel & rudder were completely faired (blue printed) this is a very expensive undertaking, all through hulls have been recessed and faired into the hull, Carbon OD spinnaker pole, Nexus instruments including Twin Fin wind transducer, 3 displays on companionway, Furuno GPS, FX controller and laptop USB connection at Nav Table. website & pics

Dash 34 Project "Vaca Loca"

1981 Dash 34 Hull#1 racer/cruiser project w/Aluminum Trailer. The boat is in the middle of refit and cross country move has forced sale. As it sits now, the quarter bulk heads have been removed and need to be replaced, new head, re finish cabin sole, glass outside of sump, bolt on keel, paint on rig is peeling, Honda 8 four stroke not running take to mechanic. The projects are doable if the new owner is happy to do some boat work. Halyards and sheets are in good shape. Aluminum oversize pole. Farr 395 Aluminum trailer triple axle: cradle bunks, keel on/off and tows nicely. located Charleston SC Photo

39ft. Beneteau  1 ton, 1984

Must see and sail to fully appreciate this boat.
Deep fin with bulb keel and large rudder make her very stable up wind.
Epoxy coated, smoothed bottom make her very fast down wind.

This boat has over $80,000 invested in new mast, boom and rod rigging in 2004.
Plus new non-skid deck in 2010.
Also all new running rigging in 2010.
New main sail in Oct. 2011 ($6500.00 invested)  With nice heavy #1 and light #1 head sails.
Also has two #2 head sails and two #3 head sails.
With four spinnakers for every condition.
Feathering prop.
End for end and dip poles
Yes, even cushions for cruising

BEWARE;  on any 25 year old boat the mast and standing rigging are nearing the end of there useful life and need to be replaced, or there is a good chance you could lose them in a blow.  All of this is virtually brand new in this boat and will be good for many years of racing!

This is not a project boat, she is ready to race!

Olson 30 "Old School"

2010 and 2011 North American Champion - ready to continue her winning streak!  The OD fleet in Lake Ontario continues to grow.  Here is your chance to get in at the top.  FAST IS FUN.
One of the last Olsons built.  Fully equipped to compete at the highest level.  Same sail inventory that won the NA's this year.  Foils templated and faired three years ago.  Fully updated deck layout.  New topsides paint last year.  Interior is in excellent shape for an Olson.  As far as I know, it has always been a freshwater boat.  Dual axle trailer and 4hp outboard.
Please no tire kickers.  I realize that this is top-dollar for an Olson, but you will not find a better prepared boat on the market. it is in Kingston, ON

  • cushions in excellent condition, they live in a closet in my house
  • does have some electronics, but older generation stuff so I'm going to classify them as non/applicable......I don't carry a battery so I haven't even tried to turn them on in years...
  • 1984 evinrude long shaft 2 stroke
  • No Trailer

This is is a very good boat. Excellent value, comparable boats are 2-3 times as expensive to buy & maintain. This O-30 can be sailed just as fast as any other O-30 out there, ....while sailing along side other 0-30's during speed checks my boat is just as fast as the others, this boat is a very good value, tons of fun..but have a newborn and would rather somebody used her the way she was intended for the next couple of years.
